A mobile & web onboarding platform I designed end-to-end at Advantage Club — from research to a scalable design system and analytics-backed rollout.

The challenge

New-employee onboarding at scale meant paper forms, disconnected training delivery and manual orientation scheduling — slow for HR teams and confusing for new hires.

The insight

Applying behavioural-science and UX research methods — interviews, surveys, experiments — surfaced the real friction: fragmented tools, not a lack of process.

The solution

A unified onboarding experience for mobile & web that digitizes paperwork, streamlines training delivery and orientation scheduling, with analytics to track progress — built on a design system led across a team of 8–10 designers.

The result

Part of the design-led work that contributed to a 35% improvement in design consistency across Advantage Club's product suite.
